What is a ‘teaser movie poster’?
Before a movie is produced, sometimes a producer will make a teaser poster to show some of the elements of the movie, even though the lead character has not been cast. Because of that, in the examples above, the hair clearly covers the face of the girl dancing so you don’t know who it is. Once that character is cast, the photo will be retaken using the image of the actual actress.
